Workflow automation
The repetitive work your team does by hand — quoting, order entry, invoice matching, document review, scheduling — handed to software that does it in seconds and flags the exceptions for a human.
Los Angeles, California
UloveAI INC is a California software company. We build AI automation, assistants and integrations for small and mid-sized American businesses — scoped in writing, quoted at a fixed price, and delivered as code you own.
No pitch deck on the first call. If AI isn't the right answer for your problem, we'll say so.
The difference
A subscription to a general-purpose AI tool leaves your team doing the same work, just in a different window. The value shows up when software is shaped around your process — your forms, your pricing rules, your customers, your systems of record.
That is the only kind of work we take on.
We work with the CRM, accounting package and spreadsheets your team already uses. No rip-and-replace.
You get a number before we start. No per-user pricing that grows every time you hire someone.
Small enough that the people who scope your project are the people who build it.
Everything ships with documentation written so another developer could pick it up without us.
What we build
The repetitive work your team does by hand — quoting, order entry, invoice matching, document review, scheduling — handed to software that does it in seconds and flags the exceptions for a human.
An assistant that knows your products, your policies and your price list — for customer support, for your sales team, or for staff who need an answer without opening four systems.
Connecting the software you already pay for — CRM, ERP, e-commerce, accounting, warehouse — so the same number stops being typed into three places and going wrong in one of them.
The numbers already sitting in your systems, turned into a report you will actually open on Monday morning — margin by job, inventory that's about to run out, which customers are quietly leaving.
Not sure which of these you need? That is what the first call is for — most projects we scope start as "we're wasting a lot of time on something and can't put our finger on it."
How we work
We ask about the process that is costing you the most time and money right now. You do most of the talking. If we don't think software fixes it, we say that on the call.
You receive a document: exactly what gets built, what it costs, when it ships, and what is explicitly not included. You own that document whether or not you hire us.
At the end of every block you get something you can click on, not a status update. One person on our side is your point of contact for the whole project.
Deployed to infrastructure you own, your team trained on it, and written documentation for whoever maintains it next — including a developer who has never met us.
A flat monthly plan for monitoring, fixes and small changes. Or take it entirely in-house and we step away. Both are normal outcomes here.
Working with us
Most owners we speak to have already paid an agency or a freelancer for software that never shipped, or shipped and then couldn't be changed. These are our standing answers.
Code in your repository, deployed to your cloud accounts, data in your database — from the first day of the project, not at the end of it.
You approve a number before work starts. If we underestimated the job, that is our problem to absorb, not a change order.
A named point of contact who works US business hours and writes to you in plain English, not ticket numbers.
Your documents and customer records are not used to train any model, and are not shared with anyone outside the project team. It's in the contract.
Nothing runs on a proprietary platform only we can access. If you want another firm to take over, we write the handover notes for them.
If the honest answer is "a spreadsheet and one new process would fix this", we'll tell you and there's no invoice for the conversation.
Why trust us
UloveAI INC was incorporated in California recently, so we are not going to show you a wall of logos we haven't earned. Three things are worth more than that wall, and you can check all of them on a single call.
Not a landing page and a contact form. A registered California corporation you can verify yourself in about a minute.
Search the name in the California Secretary of State business database. The registration, the status and the registered agent are all public.
A real address in Los Angeles County, on the incorporation filing and on every contract we sign.
Not case studies — these are the situations our work is designed for. Recognize one?
Pricing lives in a spreadsheet one person understands, and every quote waits for them. Competitors answer the same day.
Web store, accounting, warehouse. Nothing talks to anything, and the errors only surface at month end.
Your team knows the answers cold. They just have to type them out two hundred times a week.
The honest way to judge a firm with no track record is to buy the cheapest thing it sells and see what comes back.
A fixed fee, a fixed number of days. We sit with the people who do the work and map what actually happens now — including the parts nobody documented.
What we would build, in what order, what it costs, and what it will not do. Take it to another firm and get it quoted against us. That is a fair use of it, and it is yours either way.
Under the hood
We build on tools you can hire for and replace us on — Python, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, AWS, and the frontier language models from OpenAI, Anthropic and Google. No proprietary runtime. No platform only we hold the keys to.
Questions
Anything not answered here, put it in an email — we answer questions before you're a client.
It depends entirely on what the software has to do, and we would rather tell you that than quote a number we'd have to walk back. What we can commit to is the shape: a single automated workflow or one integration is the small end, a full assistant with an admin panel your staff manage is the large end.
You get one fixed figure, in writing, before anything is built — not an hourly rate that grows. If the scope changes mid-project, the price changes only with your written approval, and we tell you before the work happens, not after.
You do, in full, including the right to modify it or hand it to another developer. It lives in a repository under your organization and runs on cloud accounts in your company's name. We don't hold anything hostage — there is nothing to hold.
Yes — that is the normal starting point. The discovery call is built for it. We look at where time is going and come back with a written recommendation, including the option that says "don't build software for this yet."
If we misjudged work that was inside the agreed scope, we absorb it — that is what a fixed price means. If you ask for something new mid-project, we price it separately and you decide before it starts. Nothing gets added to your invoice without you approving it first.
No. Your documents, customer records and internal data are not used to train any model, and are not retained by our model providers for training under the enterprise terms we deploy on. We put this in the contract rather than asking you to take our word for it.
No. Projects are scoped and paid per project. Ongoing support is month to month and can be cancelled with 30 days' notice.
Every scope document names the specific outcome the software has to hit before we call it done — a number, a time saved, a process that runs without a person. If it doesn't hit it, we keep working until it does or we refund the final milestone. Ask us to write that into your scope; we will.
The company
UloveAI INC is a general stock corporation registered with the California Secretary of State, with a business address in Los Angeles County. You can verify the filing yourself through the Secretary of State's business search before you send us a dollar — we would rather you did.
We work with owners and operators directly. There is no account manager layer between you and the engineers building your software.
Start here
Forty-five minutes, no charge, no slides. Bring the process that frustrates you most and we'll tell you plainly whether software should touch it — and roughly what that would cost.
